An evening with James Kane

April 7, 2017
 /

We couldn’t be more excited to be able to welcome adjunct Harvard lecturer James Kane to our next Joy of Philanthropy exclusive donor event on April 27, at the Atlanta Botanical Garden.

James will harness 40 years of research to lead our donors through a compelling evening of understanding what it means to be loyal and how and why it is a part of our nature. By combining the latest research in neurology, anthropology and behavioral psychology with 100,000 years of human evolution, James will help our donors harness the power of purpose to inspire positive change.

James is considered the leading researcher and authority on what makes someone truly loyal – to another person, to an organization, or to a cause. He has shared the podium with notables including Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton, Sir Richard Branson, Warren Buffet, Malcolm Gladwell and Jack Welch. He is one of the most quoted and profiled authorities on loyalty in the media and has consulted with businesses from Apple to Zappos, as well as nonprofits and professional associations.
