LAUREN HAYES is a Program Associate for the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.  In this position, Lauren is responsible for both project coordination and administrative support for various community initiatives managed by the Foundation. These initiatives include the Neighborhood Fund, the Atlanta AIDS Partnership Fund and the Common Good Funds.
 
Lauren attended Hampton University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Finance in 2006.  Upon graduation, she worked for Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia where she was recruited into a rotational leadership program for recent college graduates. Her position responsibilities included project management, budgeting, trend analysis and market research.

Throughout her life, Lauren has remained very active in the communities she has lived.  Her volunteer efforts have included serving as a mentor with the Boys and Girls Club, coaching at the YMCA, Habitat for Humanity and working at Odyssey III, a transitional living facility in Atlanta, GA.
 
Lauren is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, and has resided in Atlanta since 1990.  In her spare time, Lauren enjoys playing tennis, shopping, traveling, community outreach and spending time with family and friends.
