Helen & Vernon Crawford Scholarship Fund

Purpose

For adults who have completed a literacy program and wish to pursue post-secondary education

Eligibility Criteria:

Persons who have completed a literacy program and obtained a high school diploma or GED
Legal resident of Georgia
Accepted for enrollment or enrolled in a post-secondary institution
Recommended by either Literacy Action or a Georgia Certified Literate Community Program
Previous applicants are encouraged to reapply but must obtain and submit the current year's application form. Previous recipients are not guaranteed additional awards.

Award Amount

Awards range from $500-$1,000

Scholarships Available

Up to five annually
