Purpose
For adults who have completed a literacy program and wish to pursue post-secondary education
Eligibility Criteria:
- Persons who have completed a literacy program and obtained a high school diploma or GED
- Legal resident of Georgia
- Accepted for enrollment or enrolled in a post-secondary institution
- Recommended by either Literacy Action or a Georgia Certified Literate Community Program
- Previous applicants are encouraged to reapply but must obtain and submit the current year's application form. Previous recipients are not guaranteed additional awards.
Award Amount
Awards range from $500-$1,000

Up to five annually
