Events for Nonprofits

The Community Foundation’s commitment to strengthening and supporting our region’s nonprofit sector includes more than giving financial grants. In 2010, The Community Foundation’s Common Good Funds program is providing resources for grantees’ professional and organizational development. In partnership with the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and the Foundation Center, The Community Foundation is offering a slate of classes relating to our four priorities under Nonprofit Effectiveness: strategic planning & business analysis, board development, fund development planning and advocacy. The Community Foundation recognizes each of these areas as important skill sets in these economic times.

Stay tuned for the announcements regarding classes offered in 2010.
